Priority is given to those exhibitors who have attended previously, with new applicants placed on the waiting list until a suitable opportunity arises. Please be aware we are unable to fulfil all requests for trade stands. With best wishes and thank you for your interest.

Westmorland Food Hall

The Westmorland Food Hall is organised and run by the Society’s own Food Hall committee made up of individual volunteer members and representatives of organisations such as Made in Cumbria, Food North West and Cumbria Tourism. Each year since the first Food Hall in 1999, the area has grown in quality and stature to what it is today.

Westmorland County Agricultural Society are committed to supporting and promoting Cumbria’s huge range of outstanding artisan food and drink producers and businesses.

To maintain the integrity and quality of the Food Hall, products must be either wholly produced or substantially manufactured and finished within Cumbria or the Society’s area (55 miles radius of Lane Farm) by the exhibitor or their staff.

Catering Concessions

We offer a range of catering concessions on Show day, including hog roast, seafood, game, burgers, specialist coffee and vegetarian.

Crafts from Cumbria

Westmorland County Show are committed to supporting and promoting Cumbria’s wide range of wonderful artisan craft businesses and fully understand the importance that an event such as ours may mean to regular exhibitors. To maintain the integrity of the Marquee, products must be either wholly or substantially manufactured and finished within Cumbria or 55 miles radius of Lane Farm. Stands are available in bays of 10ft frontage x 8ft depth.

Westmorland Crafts

The Westmorland Crafts Marquee is intended for craftspeople who are either not eligible for space within Crafts from Cumbria or prefer the atmosphere within Westmorland Crafts. Stands are available in bays of 10ft frontage x 8ft depth

We like to ensure a good mix of locally produced crafts to ensure public interest.

Lakeland Shopping

Lakeland Shopping Pavilion is ideal for exhibitors who are selling their goods and services but do not have their own exhibition unit or marquee. Stands are available in bays of 10ft frontage x 8ft depth.

Countryside Area and Rural Crafts

Our Countryside Area, including the Countryside Marquee and Rural Crafts Marquee proves very popular, with exhibition space both inside and outside the marquees.  By exhibiting and demonstrating Rural Crafts, we hope to encourage new participants and promote the fantastic heritage that these crafts embody.  From coppice work, to bee keeping, thatching, orchard management, stone carving and much more.  Our have a go areas within the Countryside area are extremely popular with Show visitors and create a brilliant buzz around this area.  If you would like to exhibit and/or offer a free have a go, or taster session in the Rural Crafts or Countryside Marquees, please contact the Show office:
